WhatsApp Assistant

Your schedule, inside your WhatsApp chat. Ask for what you need and the app updates itself.

What is it?

The WhatsApp assistant is an AI chatbot connected directly to your TimeBook schedule. Write in plain language and it books, updates or looks up sessions for you — without opening the app.

Get started in 3 steps

toggle_on 1. Turn the integration on From the dashboard, go to Integrations → WhatsApp and follow the instructions. The integration is included in plans that support it.
link 2. Link your number Add the WhatsApp numbers allowed to talk to the assistant. Each number acts on behalf of a user and can see the whole team or only specific people.
chat 3. Message the assistant Send a message to the bot’s number from your WhatsApp and start using it. The first time it greets you and explains what it can do.

What can you ask it?

  • check Check your availability and the team’s for any date range.
  • check List today’s, the week’s, or a client’s sessions.
  • check Book, update or cancel sessions by chat.
  • check Look up clients and staff by name or number.

Privacy and security

Only numbers you authorize can talk to the assistant. Messages are processed solely to answer your requests and are not shared with third parties.
