Do I need to install anything?
No. TimeBook runs in your browser, with no downloads or installs. There are also iOS and Android apps if you prefer managing everything from your phone.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. You manage your whole schedule from your phone, tablet or computer, and you can even check your open slots over WhatsApp.
Is there a lock-in period?
No. There are no contracts or lock-in. You start with the free plan and can cancel or upgrade whenever you want.
Can reminders go to the student’s parents?
Reminders go to the contact you save for each student — for younger students that’s usually a parent’s WhatsApp or email, so the person managing the schedule always knows about the lesson.
Can I charge for packs of lessons?
Yes. You can sell lesson packages — for example 4 or 8 lessons a month — and TimeBook tracks how many lessons each student used, prepaid and has left, plus any pending payment.
