By creating an account or using TimeBook you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part, you may not use the service.
TimeBook is an online scheduling and booking platform for professionals and small businesses, with client management, calendar and automated notification tools.
You are responsible for keeping your account and password confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You may not use the service for illegal purposes, to send spam, or to upload offensive, fraudulent or third-party-rights-infringing content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Some features require a paid plan. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the next billing period. Payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
You retain all rights to content you upload to TimeBook. The platform, its code, design and trademarks are owned by TimeBook and protected by intellectual property laws.
TimeBook is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms at any time. If changes are significant we will notify you by email or within the platform. You may cancel your account at any time from settings.
